We are pleased to announce that we will be reopening the Members Bar from Monday 6th July and look forwarded to seeing you all again soon. We are also looking forward to all the live televised sport and will endeavour to be showing as much action as we can on the screens.

In line with the Governments guidelines we have had to make some temporary changes to the way we operate to ensure the safety and well being of all our Members and our Staff .

The hours which the Members Bar will be opening have been temporarily changed as follows:

Sunday to Thursday 12 noon to 9pm
(When there is an 8pm kick off we will be open until 10pm)

Friday & Saturday 12 noon to 11pm

We will be operating our normal Lunchtime service Monday to Friday 12 noon to 2pm with a reduced menu being served. The bar will then remain open to Members Only.

We will be operating on a first come first serve basis and there will be a maximum capacity in place so although we will be doing our best to fit as many Members in as we can please be prepared that we may not be able to accommodate you on arrival.

We will be operating a one way system through the Centre & Members Bar so please take note of any signage directing you accordingly. We also ask that all people entering the centre use the hand sanitizing station at the entrance. The Toilets will be open but will be limited to two people at any one time.
On arrival you may be asked to have your temperature taken using a non-contact thermometer and then will either be directed to a table or asked to find yourselves a seat. We kindly ask you to use the space wisely to allow us to accommodate as many people as we can. In line with Government regulations we will ask you to either provide us with your Membership number or a Name & Contact number so that we comply with Track & Trace. You will then be advised of the procedures that will be place to order your drinks & food. The maximum table size will be six and we ask that you remain at your designated tables at all times and that you do not move the chairs and tables around.
Please do not queue at the bar.

During this initial phase of reopening, it is with regret that we will be implementing a strictly overs 18's only policy. This will of course be under constant review as the level of restrictions are eased and we look forward to welcoming children back into the Members Bar as soon as we feel it is practical & safe to do so.

We also feel that priority needs to be given to our paying Members at this time. Therefore we ask if you have not yet renewed your Membership to bring your completed form & payment with you. 

If you are not a current Member we will allow you one visit as a guest for the cost of £3. You will then be given a New Members form and we ask that on your next visit for you to return the completed form and pay the New Members Fee of £20. If you keep hold of the receipt for the £3 guest fee we will knock that off the price of your Membership for you. Of course you are more than welcome to sign up as a full Member on your first visit but please ensure that you have a pen to complete the form as we are unable to lend them out at this time. Your form will then go before Committee for approval and your Membership card should be ready for collection within the month. You will be more then welcome to use the club whilst awaiting approval but please keep your receipt as prove of Membership until you receive your card.

If you have already renewed your Membership and we are in receipt of both your completed form and payment then you should have either received your new Membership card in the post or it will be ready for collection from the bar.

As promised the Committee has decided that the current Membership year will be extended to expire on 31st July 2021 to ensure that all our Members receive their full 12 months membership. They have also extended the renewal period to the same date allowing current Members that have not yet renewed the chance to do so at the discounted price of £17.50.

The easiest way to renew your Membership is by using the BACS payment option introduced this year and you will find all the details you need to do this on the renewal form. Please use the link below to download a new renewal form if needed. You can then either send the form back by post, email to or you can bring it with you when you pay us a visit. If you wish to pay by cheque or card please bring the competed form with you and pay on the day.
Once we have received both the completed form and payment we will endeavour to get your membership cards ready for you to collect within 7 days but you will have the receipt that you can use as proof of Membership in the meantime.

 We look forward to seeing you all again and getting back to some normality but please do remember that not a single member of our staff is suddenly an expert in Covid-19, politics or the government regulations. We have put procedures in place to give you peace of mind when visiting us but ultimately the Prime Minister is relying on the common sense of the people for this to work so please be aware that the Club will not be exactly how you remember it. Things will get back to normal, just not straight away so we ask for your patience & understanding during this initial phase.
