COVID-19 UPDATE - HALL HIRE

We are pleased to let you know that the Halls have reopened for hire.

However at the moment this is only for our regular groups and clubs and those looking to hold meetings or training courses. We feel that with the social distance measures required, these are the only bookings that we will be able to monitor and have some control over at this time.

In light of recent announcements the Committee have decided that we will not be hiring the halls for private functions and parties until 2021 at the earliest and possibly longer. With social distancing set to be in place in some form or another for a while yet and current Tier restrictions we do not believe it will be practical or safe to allow these types of functions to go ahead until these restrictions have been lifted.

 If you already have a private function booked in with us and have any concerns or would like to enquire about the possibility of a booking for next year please email gbca_user1@btopenworld.com.
