Thank you to all our Members that have already renewed their Memberships. Your support is very much appreciated in these strange & challenging times.
With the Millennium Centre still closed in line with the Governments guidelines on the battle against Covid-19, the Community Association have decided to extend the renewal period in which current Members get the discounted price of £17.50 to 1st July 2020.
This is subject to further review if required.
The easiest way to renew your Membership whilst we remain closed is by using the BACS payment option introduced this year and you will find all the details you need to do this on the renewal form. If you need a further copy of the renewal form please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email one out to you. You can then post the completed form back or you can scan or take a photo of the completed form and email it to the above address.
Of course you can still pay by cheque, just pop the form & cheque in the post, but please be aware that it may be a few weeks before we are able to bank the cheques.
Once we have received BOTH the completed form & payment your cards will be ready for collection from the bar as soon as we reopen. If you would like your cards sooner then please send us a stamped addressed envelope and we will post them out to you.
Don't forget the Membership year will be extended to ensure that everyone receives their full 12 months membership when we reopen.
