Multi-use room ideal for larger parties, weddings, corporate functions etc.
(Unfortunately we do not accommodate 14th - 18th Birthday Celebrations)

Maximum capacity 200 (120 seated with tables/150 seated theatre style).
Self-contained licenced bar available if required
Buffet Service available if required - please ask for details when enquiring
Kitchen included with hire at weekends
Standard 6ft x 2ft tables and Circular 5ft chipboard tables

Whilst we are very lucky to have a carpark on site for our hall hirers to use, please be aware that this is not owned or operated by us and falls under the responsibility of the Great Baddow Parish Council. It is available for all users of the recreation ground and consequently, at times, can get very busy, especially when sporting events are taking place.

Mondays to Fridays (exc Kitchen)
£19.00 per hour
Fridays evenings from 5pm (inc Kitchen)
£25.00 per hour
Saturdays 9am to 6pm & Sundays (inc Kitchen)
£35.00 per hour
MILLENNIUM SUITE - ROOM WITH BAR
Friday Evening from 5pm to Mid
£30 per hour including VAT
Saturday 9am to 6pm & Sundays
£42 per hour including VAT
Saturday Evening from 6pm to Midnight
£285 including VAT
All Day Hire Saturday 9am to Midnight
£600 including VAT
Bank Holidays are charged at Saturday Rates
Minimum hire of two hours unless otherwise agreed.
Strictly no alcohol, other than that purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises at any time. When hiring the bar all drinks, including soft drinks, need to be purchased from the bar. Bar will close at 11.30pm on a Friday & Saturday and 10.30pm on a Sunday
All hirers & guests are to have vacated the building by 12.30am latest Friday & Saturday evenings and 11pm on Sundays.
Damages Deposit:
We ask for a Refundable Damages Deposit on Millennium Suite Hire for ALL Parties & events, any occasion that the Bar is open and/or at the Managers discretion.
