Maximum capacity 200 (120 seated with tables/150 seated theatre style).
Self-contained licenced bar.

Room Hire Fees:
Mondays to Fridays £18.00 per hour excluding Kitchen
Fridays evenings from 6pm £18.00 per hour including Kitchen
Saturdays 9am to 6pm £32.00 per hour including Kitchen
Saturday Evening from 6pm £260.00 for the session including Kitchen & Bar
Sundays £30.00 per hour including Kitchen
Millennium Suite Bar if required £11.00 per hour it is open plus 1 additional hour
Bank Holidays are charged at Saturday Rates
Minimum hire of two hours unless otherwise agreed.
Strictly no alcohol, other than that purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises at any time. When hiring the bar all drinks, including soft drinks, need to be purchased from the bar. Bar closes and music is turned off no later than 11.30pm on Friday & Saturday Evenings and 10.30pm on Sundays
All hirers & guests are to have vacated the building by 12.30am latest Friday & Saturday evenings and 11pm on Sundays.
We ask for a Refundable Damages Deposit on Millennium Suite Hire for ALL Parties & events, any occasion that the Bar is open and/or at the Managers discretion.
Children’s Parties (Up to & including Age 12) £ 50.00
Teenage Birthdays & all other Events without a bar £100.00
All Events with a bar £250.00
