- Bank Holidays are charged at Saturday Rates
- Minimum hire of two hours unless otherwise agreed.
- Strictly no alcohol, other than that purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises at any time. When hiring the bar all drinks, including soft drinks, need to be purchased from the bar. Bar will close at 11.30pm on a Friday & Saturday and 10.30pm on a Sunday.
- All hirers & guests are to have vacated the building by 12.30am latest Friday & Saturday evenings and 11pm on Sundays.
Damages Deposit:
We ask for a Refundable Damages Deposit on Millennium Suite Hire for ALL Parties & events, any occasion that the Bar is open and/or at the Managers discretion.

THE MILLENNIUM SUITE
A substantial, bright and extremely well-furnished room, ideal for larger events such as parties, weddings and corporate functions (excluding 14 - 18th birthday parties). The Millennium Suite comes with its own self-contained bar, making it perfect for parties and celebrations.
When hired at the weekend, the room comes with its own kitchen facilities - but why not let us take care of the catering? Contact us for more information on catered options.

Whilst we are very lucky to have a carpark on site for our hall hirers to use, please be aware that this is not owned or operated by us and falls under the responsibility of the Great Baddow Parish Council. It is available for all users of the recreation ground and consequently, at times, can get very busy, especially when sporting events are taking place.
