The Park View Room is a bright, modern space, perfect for smaller functions, children's groups and meetings - though please note, unfortunately we do not accommodate 14th - 18th birthday celebrations.

Multi- use ideal for smaller functions, parties, children’s groups, meetings etc.
- Room size 9m x 8.2m (29ft x 27ft)
- Maximum capacity 60 people (40 seated with tables)
- Small self-contained kitchenette
- Fully curtained windows with blinds to internal window area
- Double doors opening onto patio area
- Standard 6ft x 2ft tables and plastic chairs
- Self-contained toilet and hand basin
- Air Conditioned
- Male/female toilets adjacent
- Ramped access to building and accessible toilet facilities plus baby changing facilities
- Bouncy Castles not allowed
Whilst we are very lucky to have a carpark on site for our hall hirers to use, please be aware that this is not owned or operated by us and falls under the responsibility of the Great Baddow Parish Council. It is available for all users of the recreation ground and consequently, at times, can get very busy, especially when sporting events are taking place.

Mondays to Fridays
£16 per hour
Saturdays & Sundays
£22 per hour
NB: Bank Holidays are charged at Weekend Rates.
Minimum hire of two hours unless otherwise agreed
Damages Deposit:
We ask for a Refundable Damages Deposit on Park View Room Hire for ALL Parties & events and/or at the Managers discretion.
