NEW MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Dear Members

Due to a new till system having been installed at the club we need to issue all our Members with a new membership number & card.

As well as needing your new membership card to gain entry to the club, eventually you will also need to use your card with every purchase at the till to ensure that you receive members prices so it is very important that you have your card with you every time you visit. For those that are not able to use the NHS App and QR code, we will also be using your membership numbers to comply with Track & Trace so if we do not have your up to date contact details please ask the Bar for a members change of details form.

The card issued will be a card for life with no need for us to issue a new one at renewal. When you are due to renew your card you will be able to pay your renewal fee at the bar which will update your membership card automatically so please keep it safe.  If you lose your card we will be able to issue you a new card & membership number for a small fee.

Your new membership cards are now ready for collection so when you next come to see us please can we ask you to bring your current membership card with you to hand back into us and ask a member of the Bar team to issue you with your new card.
